Cancellation Policy
The orders can cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please mail us to parissy61@gmail.com with the correct order ID or WhatsApp us on the provided numbers.After the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Refund Policy
We try our best to create suitable design concepts for our customers.
We will provide a refund if the customer receives a different product. However, for this, the customer has to provide us with the unboxing video of the received package.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our product quality, we can’t provide a refund but their feedback is most welcome and you can mail us. We will try to improve our products.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

We Offer 7 Days Easy Return Policy*:-
This is only valid for Clothing (Men’s wear, women's) Categories. This is a return cum replacement or exchange policy. If you got the wrong item, wrong size issue, a different color issue, or item missing then we provide an exchange or replacement of the product. In case the product is out of stock and unavailable then we provide a Refund. Don’t worry we care about our valuable customers. Our team investigates your issue and provides the best possible solution. This is not valid for under-discounted or under-offer products. It is not valid for fabric issues, minor color differences, or fabric quality. Your feedback is important for our improvement.
Return and Refund T&C:-
Return will be created after our team investigation if we find a valid reason or as per our policy terms.
Please note that we don't have a reverse pickup service as of now, so the customer has to ship the product our warehouse address- Double Puliya Near by Gour city 1 Greater Noida 201009 (UP).
We will refund the reverse logistic cost up to ₹100. (The customer has to provide visual proof.)
The product must be in the original condition as we dispatched it (like Unwashed, Unused, tags, accessories, etc )
A refund is initiated after the returned parcel is delivered and QC-approved by our team.
COD Charge / Shipping charges are non-refundable
If the customer returns a product and wants to change the color or size of the product, we will charge a minimal convenience fees of ₹149/-
Replacement can be done only once per order.
Refund process via payment partner with the same payment source or if you have ordered with COD then, please share Bank details along with return ticket mail/WhatsApp.
Refund Process time depends on per payment partner or Bank account.
Don’t Share OTP and No advance pay for COD orders. Beware of scammers and fraud callers. Don’t visit any other website for customer complaints or return process. We are not responsible for any scam/fraud attempt.
